Consent Calendar items are routine and the associated staff recommendation for each item is approval by a single motion. Any interested party or member of the Town Council may request removal of an item from the Consent Calendar for purposes of considering alternative action, extended discussion, or public comment. Consider Adoption of Resolution Number 2539-07 Approving a Master Development Plan Amendment to
modify the site plan and design of a previously approved detached single-family dwelling located at 17
Stags View Lane.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution.
9. PUBLIC HEARING — MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT – BOUCHON RESTAURANT AND
BOUCHON BAKERY – 6534 & 6528 WASHINGTON STREET (APN 036-061-021)
Consider Adoption of Resolution Number 2546-07 Approving a Master Development Plan Amendment to
modify a previously approved plan for a restaurant kitchen addition, addition and use of exterior restaurant
seating, use of shared facilities between the restaurant and bakery buildings, parking plan, and other site
and building modifications for property located at 6528 and 6534 Washington Street.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution.
10. CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 2547-07 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST SIDE PEDESTRIAN PATH
(ST-13).
