Community Hall
The Town of Yountville has begun construction on its New Community Center Project. This new project will bring to the town a multi-purpose room, arts and craft room, teen room and new larger library. The town will also embark on improvements to the existing Community Hall. A new roof, exterior siding, enlarged parking lot and new patio / grass area are planned. Interior changes will also be occurring such as enlarged banquet serving area, community board room, new HVAC system, enlarged table and chair storage area which will allow for complete stage area access, foyer remodeled, additional side entrance and office reconfigurations.
Currently the surrounding area of the hall is under construction. The parking lot has been eliminated in order for grading to occur. Additional parking alternatives are local streets (Mulberry, Washington, Yount and Finnell), Town Hall front and back parking lots and Yountville Elementary school parking lot. The Community Hall will shut down January 12, 2009 and estimated reopening is slated for fall 2009. Please feel free to contact the hall for event information or to secure dates for late 2009.
