Give at least 24 hours advance notice when calling schedule an inspection.
Building permits expire if: (1) work is not commenced within 180- days from the date of permit issuance; or (2) after permit issuance when an inspection has not occurred on the site for at least 180 days.
All permits require a final inspection.
