THIS SECTION is intended to provide general information concerning water and sewer billing, account and service maintenance, reporting water leakage, and the appropriate staff to contact concerning technical water and sewer system inquiries.

• Water Service or Billing - If you need to have water service turned on or off at your home, or if have an inquiry about your water or sewer utility bill, please call Celia Dodds at (707) 944-8851.

• Reporting Water Main or Service Leaks - To report a water main or water service leak, or a leak at an unoccupied residence or business, please call the Public Works Department at the Corporation Yard at (707) 944-2655, or Town Administrative staff at (707) 944-8851.

• Technical or engineering-related questions  - concerning water and sewer service and operations, the sewer treatment plant, the Town’s water supply and distribution system, and information about connection fees, water pressures, or size/location of mains, call please call Town engineering staff at (707) 944-8851.

• Questions or problems concerning the Sewer Treatment Plant - please call Don Moore, Waste Water System Supervisor, at (707) 944-2988.
