Water & Sewer Rates - Water and Sewer Rates were most recently adjusted in January 2007, by way of Ordinance 370-07, as provided in the following link:

General Fund Subsidy to Water Enterprise - Since fiscal year 1999-00 the General Fund has transferred to the Water Enterprise almost $3 Million for operating  and capital project purposes, as summarized below:

Water & Sewer Rate Study and Financial Plan - In 2006 the Town contracted with Foresight Consulting Services (FCS) of Davis, CA, to conduct a review of our Water and Sewer Enterprise operations, and of the rate structure that supports the operating and capital funding requirements of these operations. In August 2006 FCS issued their 1st report, and in January 2007 FCS issued their final technical memorandum, both of which are provided in the following 2 links:
