Community Hall Commission

The Yountville Community Hall Commission is comprised of seven (7) members appointed by the Town Council to staggered three-year terms of office.  The Commission is responsible for reviewing policies and procedures for the operation of Community Hall and making any recommendations for changes to the Town Manager or designated employee responsible for the day-to-day operations of Community Hall.

The Yountville Community Hall is under the jurisdiction of the Yountville Town Council and is primarily intended as a meeting place for groups or organizations of local residents meeting to provide an educational, recreational, and cultural service to the community.  The facility is also intended to be made available on a reservation fee basis to groups and individuals for social, cultural or recreational activities.  A variety of users include Town Government, Town Residents, Town Resident Non-Profit Groups, Outside Non-Profit Organizations and Other Governmental Agencies including Federal, State and County which are not sponsored by the Town, Non- Resident, Political Events and Commercial.

Meeting Time and Location:  The Yountville Community Hall Commission currently meets on the first Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m.. Meetings are held in the Community Hall located at 6516 Yount Street, Yountville.
