  • California Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) 2% @ 55 for classic members (7% member contribution paid by employee), 2% @ 62 for new members (6.25% member contribution paid by employee), CalPERS health plan  employee and dependent health, dental insurance and eyewear reimbursement
  • Up to 7% Town match contributed to deferred compensation program
  • Paid vacation, which accrues at varying rates, depending upon position and the bargaining unit
