Each Fiscal Year, along with the Operating Budget, the Yountville Town Council approves a Master Fee Schedule and Impact Fees. The Master Fee Schedule details the fees associated with each Town service, including those within the Planning and Building Department. Impact Fees are assigned to new development projects.

On July 1, 2018, the Impact Fees will be updated to incorporate the ENR Construction Cost Index adjustment of 3.4%.
