Subject:           Town of Yountville to Celebrate 60 Years of Incorporation with a Series of Diamond Jubilee Events

The Town of Yountville will celebrate 60 Years of Incorporation on February 4, 2025. A planning committee of staff, volunteers and Council Members have put together a series of events and exhibits to celebrate the Town of Yountville’s DIAMOND JUBILEE! We hope you will join us!

COMMONS ROOTS POP UP MUSEUM EXHIBIT  1/17-2/4/2025

Visit Schmitt Hall at the Yountville Commons, located at 6554 Yount Street, to view a carefully curated and interesting exhibition celebrating Yountville’s rich and storied past. You will be led through the decades with photos and interesting facts about the Town and its roots. Locals are also invited to share their own live Yountville history January 31 – February 4 in a video recording booth located within the exhibit. These short, voluntary interviews will become a legacy video that can be shared for years to come!

The Commons Roots Exhibit will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays January 17 – February 2 AND February 3 and 4 from 10 AM – 2 PM.

PROCLAMATIONS AND RAISING OF THE YOUNTVILLE FLAG 2/4/2025

Join Mayor Mohler and the Town Council for the meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 3 PM at Town Hall located at 6550 Yount Street. The Town Council will have a ceremonial meeting with proclamations for the 60th Anniversary and will end with raising the Yountville Flag before heading over to the Yountville Commons for the celebration.

The Yountville Flag was designed in the early 1990’s as a competition offered by the Chamber of Commerce. The winning design was submitted by Yountville local Robin Pisor who was 8 years old at the time and will be joining us at the event. The flag has been digitized and reproduced to be flown on the ceremonial flagpole outside of Town Hall. Small versions will also be available for those in attendance.
