It’s Saturday morning in Yountville and you can feel the buzz in the air. Artists tents are popping up, wine stations are set to pour, and this charming village is on the brink of transformation. On Saturday, May 17, Yountville bursts to life for the 13th Annual Art, Sip and Stroll…a favorite celebration featuring 75+ artists and 20+ Napa Valley wineries, all coming together for a day of creativity, community and classic Wine Country charm.
Presented by Yountville Arts and the Town of Yountville, Art, Sip and Stroll is a vibrant celebration of the many good things in life….art, wine, music and community. This no charge event invites locals and visitors to enjoy a festive, interactive day exploring creativity in all forms right in the heart of Yountville. Wine Tasting packages are available for purchase and provide a go-vino cup, four tasting tokens and a 2025 Art, Sip and Stroll hand-signed poster featuring Yountville Art Walk sculptor Richard Starks’ sculpture ‘Love Wine Too’.
Set in the Heart of Yountville, the Art, Sip and Stroll event invites guests to take an easygoing stroll from Community Center Plaza through the center of town visiting artists and wine tasting stations. Be sure not to miss the music, food trucks and picnic tables all nestled together in a central area of the venue before continuing over to the Vintage Estates to visit more artists and wineries. Stroll this colorful gathering and meet the artists from jewelry to photography and from paintings to ceramics.
A highlight within the event is the Steve Rogers Gallery, where guests are invited to experience Would This Be Wood?…a fascinating exhibition showcasing the scroll saw artistry of John Sensenbaugh featuring 30 original works from his private collection. The Gallery Show offers a glimpse into the intricate beauty of this often overlooked medium. Throughout the day, John will be on hand to demonstrate his unique scroll saw techniques live and share the inspiration behind his work. It’s an opportunity to see the creative process in action and meet the artist himself.
In addition, special guest artist Richard Starks, who has had sculptures on the Yountville Art Walk for many years and whose Love Wine Too is the centerpiece of this year’s poster, will be showing his scaled down sculptures on the Heritage Lawn area of the event.
“Being part of the Yountville Art Walk since 2010 has allowed my work to quietly live alongside the rhythms of this Town…season after season visitor after visitor,” shared sculptor Richard Starks. “This year, joining Art, Sip and Stroll for the first time feels like a full-circle moment. It’s a chance to connect more directly with the community and share the stories and pieces that have been in Yountville over the years.”
While the event is held in an easily accessible and walkable area, complimentary parking is available throughout Yountville and guests can also hop on the Yountville Bee buss free of charge for shuttling around Town. Visit our website FAQ’s page for more information on parking.
