Land Use Applications/Projects and or Related Information
Staff Received a resubmittal for the Yountville Crossroads (Oak & Vine Subdivision) project, which is currently in review for completeness.
Staff continues to work with project applicants regarding current Land Use applications for the following: 6867 Jefferson Street, 6630 Jefferson Street, the Humboldt Mixed-Use project on the vacant lot at the corner of Humboldt and Jefferson, the French Laundry Garden, R+D Master Development Plan Amendment and New Use Permit, and Design Review for 2 Heritage Court remodel.
Jessup Cellars – Staff continues to analyze the property owner for Jessup Cellars request to look into the process for converting the housing unit that is on-site into a private tasting room.
Silver Trident – Staff are currently processing the Land Use Application for a transfer of use permit to relocate their business to 6484 Washington Street, Suite G (previously occupied by Heron House). This is likely an administrative process because the Heron House use permit has not yet expired and may be transferred.
Residential Rental Permits – The department has seen an increase in residential rental permit renewals for 2024. As of October 1, 2023, Rental registration for the year 2024 is open, which can be accessed by logging into your Yountville Citizen Portal and renewing your permit, here: https://yountvilleca.portal.opengov.com/
