Town Council Meetings and How To Submit Public Comment

During COVID-19 Shelter at Home

  • To Watch Live Town Council Meeting remotely visit www.townofyountville.com/meetings and click on the meeting date with the “In-Progress” link.
  • E-comments – To submit an e-comment, visit www.townofyountville.com/meetings and select the blue hyperlink under e-comment section.  You may be asked to sign-up and create and account.  E-comments will go directly to the Agenda Item on Town Council and Staff iPads for quick and easy review. The E-comment link goes live Thursday evening or Friday prior to the Council meeting.
  • Public Comment Email – publiccomment@yville.com.  Please add to the Subject line "COMMENT TO COUNCIL" and the email may be read into the record pursuant to the Town Council Protocols 3-minute Public Comment per person.

Public Comment and e-comment may be read into the record as long as it is received during public comment and prior to the vote on the item and will become part of the official record.
