Creative Yoga Flow

Join Calie, RYT in this all-levels Yoga Flow class. Classes are structured so every pose has a counter pose for full range of motion. Modifications are given for limitations or injuries, and a sense of humor is a must. Please bring your own mat, water bottle. Blocks and straps are highly recommended. *No Class 1/9, 1/19, Class @ Schmitt Hall 1/30
