Town Manager Raulston earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from UC Berkeley, studied urban design at the NewSchool of Architecture, and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from San Diego State University.
Prior to arriving in Yountville, Town Manager Raulston worked for the City of National City for almost 17 years and was City Manager for the past 4 years. In addition to serving as City Manager, Raulston was Deputy City Manager and Executive Director of National City’s CDC Housing Authority and Redevelopment Agency. Before transitioning to public service, Town Manager Raulston held positions with land use and development companies in the San Diego region.
