Town Manager Raulston holds a B.A. in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from UC Berkeley, studied urban design at the NewSchool of Architecture, and earned a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University.
Before joining the Town of Yountville, Raulston spent nearly 17 years with the City of National City, including four years as City Manager. He also served as Deputy City Manager and Executive Director of the city’s CDC Housing Authority and Redevelopment Agency. Earlier in his career, he worked in land use and development in the San Diego region.
