Each Fiscal Year, along with the Operating Budget, the Yountville Town Council approves a Master Fee Schedule and Impact Fees. The Master Fee Schedule details the fees associated with each Town service, including those within the Planning and Building Department. Impact Fees are assigned to new development projects.

For the Fiscal Year of 2023/2024, the Impact Fees were updated to incorporate the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index adjustment of 1.8%.

On July 18th, 2023, the Town Council adopted Resolution 23-4218 updating impact fees proposed by the July 6th, 2023 Capacity and Development Impact Fee Study Draft Report.
