The Town of Yountville takes pride in offering a generous benefits program that is designed to attract and retain a highly qualified and motivated workforce.

The current benefit package includes:

• California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) 2% @ 55 for Classic members (7% member contribution paid by employee), 2% @ 62 for PEPRA members (7.75% member contribution paid by employee)

• CalPERS health plan for employee and qualified dependents
• Dental insurance provided by the Town for employee and qualified dependents
• Vision reimbursement program
• Up to 7% Town match contributed to deferred compensation program
• Paid vacation, which accrues at varying rates depending upon position and bargaining unit
• An average of fifteen paid holidays annually
