View meeting agendas and minutes
Overview
Town meetings are where local decisions are made and public input is heard. You can view agendas, meeting minutes, and video recordings from the Yountville Town Council and advisory bodies to stay informed and involved in your local government. All regularly scheduled meetings for all Town's legislative bodies are published 72 hours prior to the meeting. If a special meeting is called, the agenda will be published at least 24 hours in advance. All meetings are held in Town Council Chambers unless otherwise noticed.

For each meeting, you can typically access:
Agenda – a list of topics and items scheduled for discussion or vote
Agenda packet – detailed reports and supporting documents
Meeting minutes – official summary of actions taken
Video recordings – when available

Town Council
1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 3:00 PM
Zoning & Design Review Board (ZDRB)
2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM
Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission
3rd Thursday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 4:00 PM
Yountville Arts Commission
1st Monday of each month at 4:00 PM
Affordable and Workforce Housing Oversight Committee
Meets at least once per year, with the date and time announced in advance

Public comment is offered at the start of each meeting and during agenda items
Written comments must be submitted before the meeting starts
Written comments are shared with Council or commission members but not read aloud
